Working in the industry since 1979, William (Bill) Robinson worked as a supplier of marketing research services in the Spokane area. From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Robinson and his staff supplied data collection services, store audits, executive one-on-one interviews and mystery shopper services to a variety of clients. Among his clients was Market Trends Inc. ( now Informa Research Services, Inc.), a major national research company, based in Bellevue, Washington.
In January of 1985, Mr. Robinson joined Market Trends Research, Inc., and opened the Spokane branch office. Mr. Robinson served as Vice President of the major national company until he purchased the assets of the Spokane office in May of 1991 and founded Robinson Research.
Mr. Robinson has over twenty-five years experience at designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and has conducted over 2,000 individual studies. Mr. Robinson has personally designed research studies, served as moderator for focus groups, spoken at national marketing conventions, and conducted studies throughout the English speaking world.
